Every skilled craft has a master and that is what our Master Plumbers bring to our team. Our Master Plumbers know how to run the work, capitalize on the strengths of our individual team members and can respond to client needs and resolve complex tasks, while continually training and guiding others in this skilled trade. Our Master Plumbers have a C-36 license or the desire to earn one and we will reward you for that achievement in cold, hard cash. (less taxes of course)
Our Master Plumbers assists with everything from estimating jobs to layout and material selection; guiding the interpretation of plumbing and mechanical system building prints; Lead troubleshooting and repair efforts on steam, water, gas distribution system components and backflow prevention devices; and lead junior technicians in complex repair work.
All of our Plumbers diagnose issues in plumbing systems, discuss them with our clients and make the agreed upon repairs or installations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read schematics and troubleshoot various plumbing issues effectively. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that will require exceptional communication, quick thinking, and time management ability. Did we also mention you will have a company vehicle, fully stocked with tools and a gas card?
As an Outside Services Sales Technician, you will combine your expertise in plumbing systems, with your sales skills to bring solutions to our customers and ensure timely and efficient work. You will show up in your company provided Fluid Dynamics Van, looking snazzy in your uniform and get to work. You will be making in-home appointments, presenting plumbing solutions and delivering exceptional customer service. When your skills and the service needed are a good match, you will perform plumbing services to complete the service and ensure our customers are delighted with the solution and services provided.
Our Outside Service Sales Technicians are pivotal in growing and shaping Fluid Dynamics Plumbing’s reputation within the community. The Outside Service Sales Technician contributes to the company goals by being a sales-driven and achievement-oriented sales representative that desires maximizing their earning potential. Let us say that again: Desire to maximize their earning potential.
In a world where customer service is defined by the chat bot, you are the real person who speaks to real people with real plumbing problems. You have the empathy to hear that the garbage disposal and kitchen sink is clogged during a family party, or a quick service restaurant manager and their crew have drains backed up that "need to be fixed NOW." You know that there is nothing worse than wet shoes and socks.
You are the voice, the ears and the heart of Fluid Dynamics Plumbing and are responsible for taking and scheduling service calls. You understand the customer's needs, collect detailed information and prioritize their call based on information given, while maintaining an efficient schedule for each of our Outside Sales Services Technicians.
We count on you to be the first point of contact that delivers on our promise. You ensure our clients receive exceptional service from the intake until we wrap it up. Whether you are fueled by a morning latte, a red bull, or just have that enthusiastic, make everyone smile personality, you bring a "can solve it attitude", heart and the ability to really hear in every interaction.
